Kevin Wingenbach - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Office Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, your ability to communicate effectively in this role is key to your success. You'll become an expert at asking great questions to help uncover customer needs, market services and products based on those needs, while cultivating long lasting customer relationships. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales experience preferred
- Comfortable communicating with clients
- Proactive and self-starter motivated by sales goals
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Property & Casualty license required within 45 days of employment.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
